The information if any collected will be secured, safeguarded and shall be utilised for providing better and appropriate services to you and for lawful usage and purpose. We are committed to abide by law of the land and shall comply with the Information Technology Act, 2000 ("Act") and also the Information Technology (Reasonable security practices and procedures and sensitive personal data or information) Rules 2011 ("Rules") or any other statues which are in place to govern the Information Technology practice in India.

• Location of the vehicle in which the VTS device is installed
• Information relating to the vehicle in which the VTS device is installed
• Credit card or debit card information which is required for payment purposes (excluding passwords, PIN numbers, (CVVs etc.)
• Billing and transaction details
• Any other information as required by Us for the purpose of the User’s use of the Website, the VTS device, or the App
• Any and all relevant information publicly available on Government Parivahan Service.

"Sensitive Personal Information" means such personal information which consists of information relating to:

• Password
• Financial information such as bank account or credit card or debit card or other payment instrument details
• Physical, physiological and mental health condition
• Sexual orientation
• Medical records and history
• Biometric information

Any detail relating to the above clauses as provided to a body corporate for providing service; and any of the information received under above clauses by body corporate for processing, stored or processed under lawful contract or otherwise: Provided that, any information that is freely available or accessible in public domain or furnished under the Right to Information Act, 2005 or any other law for the time being in force shall not be regarded as sensitive personal data or information.

"Third party website" A third party website is a website that is outside the domain of the actual MoversTrip website that you are in. It is important for you to know when you are leaving the original website to a third party website for security reasons. The content of other websites, services, goods or advertisements that may be linked to this website is not maintained or controlled by MoversTrip.

"Non-Personal Information" MoversTrip may also collect information other than Personal Information from You through the Website when You visit and / or use the Website. Such information may be stored in server logs. This Non-Personal Information would not assist MoversTrip to identify you personally. This Non-Personal Information may include:

• Details of Your telecom service provider or internet service provider.

• The operating system of your system, device and the Website You last visited before visiting the Website.

• Ads: MoversTrip may use third-party service providers to serve ads on MoversTrip's behalf across the internet and sometimes on the Website. They may collect Non-Personal Information about Your visits to the Website, and Your interaction with our products and services on the Website. Please do note that Personal Information and Non Personal Information may be treated differently as per this Privacy Policy.

Disclosure to Third Parties

MoversTrip shall be at liberty to disclose your information or part thereof to third party service providers who may facilitate the providing of services, on our behalf. These service providers have access to your data only to perform the tasks as stipulated by MoversTrip and are obligated not to disclose or use it for any other purpose. MoversTrip may also share personal information with third-party vendors, consultants, and other service providers who work for the Company, who are bound by contractual obligations to keep personal information confidential and use it only for the purposes for which the Company disclose it to them.

Governing Law and Jurisdiction

The Privacy Policy shall be governed by and constructed in accordance with the applicable laws of India without reference to conflict of laws principles. Courts in AJMER, India shall have the exclusive jurisdiction to determine any disputes arising in relation to, or under, this Privacy Policy.

The user who's the Personal Information and/or Sensitive Personal Data or Information is collected, received, possessed, processed, stored, transferred, dealt or handled may inquire as to the nature of data stored or processed by the Company. The person will be provided reasonable access to the person's Personal Information and Sensitive Personal Data or Information held by the Company. If any data is inaccurate or incomplete, such person may request that the data be amended or modified or updated.

We have implemented industry standard security policies, rules and technical measures, to protect any kind of personal sensitive information that we have under our control from unauthorized access, improper use or disclosure, unauthorized modification and unlawful destruction or accidental loss.

Option to Opt Out

If the user wishes to opt-out of receiving non-essential (promotional, marketing-related) communications from us, after setting up an account, they may choose to do so. Further, if a user wishes to remove all their contact information from the Website or the App, they can do so by opting out of the Website or the App and closing all accounts with the Website or the App.
